Apple has announced that it has set a new sales record for the new iPhone 6s and the 6s Plus during the opening weekend.
Immediately after the release of the Apple’s latest update 8.0.1 on their OS smart phones, the users of the Apple iPhone6 reported some serious problems with the network connectivity and with the Touch ID support. This is quite a serious kind of problem but Apple showed its immediate concerns and did not wasted any time in acknowledging the issues.

iOS 7.1.1 should be available for the iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5c, and 5s, along with the iPad 2, the newer retina iPads, iPad Air, both generations of the iPad Mini, and last but not least, the fifth generation iPod.

Apple’s latest iPhone overtakes the Samsung Galaxy S4 to become the top-selling smartphone at all four major carriers in the US. According to a report from Canaccord Genuity, a research firm, the Apple iPhone 5s is currently seeing “very strong” sales and the iPhone 5c is off to a good start too.
According to the rumor mill, the iPhone 5S release date is right around the corner, as reports are claiming that we will see the next-gen iOS-powered smartphone later this summer. The report comes from iOSDoc and says the next iPhone will come out with iOS 7 on board and the smartphone will have the ability to record full HD videos (shocker, right?). Furthermore, the latest version of iOS, which is yet to be announced, will have a new feature called dual-shot, which is quite similar to the dual-camera mode on the LG Optimus G Pro and Samsung Galaxy S4.
According to the short press release, Apple told Monday that it sold more than 2 million iPhone 5s in China in their first three days of availability. Apple’s Chinese division have managed this number by selling the iPhone 5 through various channels, which CEO Tim Cook says is “setting a new record with the best first weekend sales ever in China”.
The phone first released for sale on Sept. 21 in the U.S., Germany, France, Japan and five other countries, with more than 5 million of the phones sold in the first three days. In comparison, they now sold two million of them in China itself.
But considering just how many more people live in China as compared to other countries, is two million all that much? No doubt, it has set a new record for the best first weekend in China, but the previous number would’ve been much smaller so it’s not a hard record to break now, What do you say ?
