XDA member geohot WON $18,000 bounty by rooting Samsung Galaxy S5 for Verizon and AT&T

Over at XDA on 23rd April 2014, 05:41 AM $18,000 bounty were placed upon task, to root the Samsung Galaxy S5 for Verizon and AT&T. Although subscribers from other carriers have been able to root their phones ever since launch day, root access has eluded subscribers of the two biggest phone carriers in the United States.

Now, there might be a winner. According to XDA member geohot, he has come up with a tool that will bring root access to the flagship phone.
