In 2013, we witnessed the smartphone manufacturers moving towards 3GB of RAM to feature in their smartphone. Though this still has not become standard with the exclusive smartphones but now manufacturers are moving towards introducing 4GB RAM in their flagship phones. Xiaomi’s Mi NotePad Pro and ASUS’s Z fone2 has become a trendsetter in this aspect by featuring 4GB of RAM.
According to the Korean analysts, Samsung has also planned to follow their footsteps by featuring 4 GB of RAM in their latest Samsung Galaxy Edge S6, which is yet to be unveiled in the coming months. When it comes to the hardware technology, Samsung has always remained a step ahead of others by introducing cutting-edge technology. The similar is anticipated to be the case with their latest and upcoming line up of Samsung Galaxy S6 series.
The Korean analysts who are working for the investment & securities department of Korea also expect that the Samsung Galaxy S6 will feature 3GB of RAM while its counterpart Samsung Galaxy S6 Note Edge will feature 4GB of RAM. Other features of both of the versions of Samsung Galaxy S6 series are anticipated to feature the octa-core Exynos 7420 CPU under the hood with screen resolution of 1440 x 2560 along with a 20MP rear-facing camera and a 5MP “selfie” front camera. They both will be supported by a combo of metal and glass build as we have seen in the previous news about the Samsung S6 design.
So let’s wait and watch what Samsung has in store for its fans and users.
